Music students will take pictures tomorrow for the year book. Please bring music clothes.
Academic awards night will begin at 6:30 tomorrow evening with a free will supper served by the FBLA. The awards will start at 7 pm. This will include students in grades 6-12. Awards will be given for academics, FBLA and music.
Don't forget about the last early out today! Bus students are dismissed @ 1:50 pm and school is out @ 2:00 pm.
Attention 4th grade parents: Instrument tryouts have been postponed to a later date. Tomorrow will be early out as usual.
6th grade field trip tomorrow. Be here by 730am . Bus leaves at 745. You need a sack lunch and we will be home around 5:45pm.
Also, come out to the school tonight for the Powers Lake Art Show and Book Fair. Art show starts at 6:30 pm and Book Fair runs before and after tonight’s music concert.

The Big One Math Meet at Williston State College is running late as expect students to get back around 5:45 pm.
Reminder: Athletic banquet will be held Tonight May 7th to celebrate 7-12 football, basketball, volleyball and track. 6th graders who played jr high will be recognized as well. There will be a potluck dinner starting at 6:30 with awards starting at 7:00. "The Big One" elementary math meet location has moved. It will take place on Monday, May 7th @ 12:30 pm @ Williston State College @ The Skadeland Gym. Students will leave Powers Lake @ 10:15 am and will return @ approximately 4:30 pm.

There will be a Father Daughter dance on Sunday April 29th, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at the school. Girls of all ages are welcome to attend and can be accompanied by fathers, grandfathers, uncles, brothers etc. Cost is $20 per couple and $5 for additional daughters. It will take place in the prom decorations and snacks will be provided. Forms will be sent home with elementary students to be returned to the office, or contct Brooke Wisthoff to reserve a spot.
Burke County Elementary Math Meet will start @ 12:30 pm in the gym. Awards will begin at approx. 2:00 pm. Parents are welcome to come and watch.
The elementary basketball games tonight in Tioga will be at Tioga Elementary School.
There will be NO Elem. Basketball game tonight against Divide County. They were concerned about the roads and chose not to come.
There WILL BE a Jamboree tomorrow.
